10 Temptations of an Agile Coach

This was a great talk by Stevie Borne at Agile 2009.  It really was one of the best that I attended.  I liked it because she talked about how to mess things up and how not to.   This was backed up with interesting real life stories.  As well, her delivery was really great – Stevie is very passionate about being a great coach.

Anyway, here is the mindmap I drew up for the session.  Red = bad.  Green = good.  (Click on it for large image)

I haven’t transcribed the session, but there is a text version of the above on Adam Goucher’s blog if that works better for you.
