I like the images of the hand-drawn whiteboard. I also like the rule-of-thumb to be Descriptive (Describe something that worked in another context to see if it resonates), rather than Prescriptive (Do it this way). 

I know David loves beginner&#039;s mind (and so do I). Favorite beginner&#039;s mind (expert trap) quote from &quot;Zen Mind, Beginner&#039;s Mind&quot;
