The Leadership Game
In this leadership game, people will experiment with how they behave as leaders and how they interact with leaders with different leadership styles.
Audience
This workshop is for everyone that wants to learn about (different styles of) leadership.
The model used in the workshop (the rose of axes) is valuable in every interaction between people and is usefull for everyone in a team especially with conflicts.
We will focus on the position of the leaders.
Benefits of participating
The participants will learn about leadership and dealing with conflict from a leadership position or a team member.
Learn about the option (as a leader of member) with your own capacities and depending of you own values.
We give special attention to the daily “practices” from the project teams.
We show the participants different forms of power and inner strenght using the model the rose of axes. Partcipants will reuse this model to learn about other groups, and their interactions.
We selected these 3 kinds of leaderships because these are the most extreme cases. A real situational leader would use the 2 leadership styles in different situations. By playing it so extremely it becomes a lot clearer for the participants.
